Once you build your digital signage network or dynamic digital display network, how do you manage and monitor all the traffic?

The PFC Advertising Network Operations Center (NOC) services are designed to remotely monitor and manage thousands of networked interactive and dynamic display devices distributed anywhere in the world using the Internet and private networks. PFC supports many types of networks including interactive kiosk networks, public broadband video displays, dynamic advertising display networks, point of purchase systems and other networks requiring real-time remote monitoring, maintenance and content management support. The PFC System allows interactive system networks, developed and deployed by others, to integrate with the DMS system to insure that their networks are monitored and benefit from the rich reporting and content management services.

Real-time Monitoring and Usage Tracking

The goal of PFC Advertising network operation monitoring is very simple: Keep the interactive or dynamic digital network fully operational 24 hours a day, seven days per week and 365 Days A Year. NO EXCEPTIONS! The PFC state-of-the-art Network is designed with this goal as the guiding mission. Operational monitoring can be configured to track the operational status of each interactive device in a customers network in real time. The PFC operational monitoring system provides the following real-time tracking functions:

  • Instant status of each system in the network
  • Current status of peripherals (printers, card readers, cash acceptor, camera, etc.)
  • Peripheral activity log (printouts, card swipes, coupons printed, etc.)
  • Usage tracking by date and time of day
  • System event log including error messages, system reboot, application shutdown, etc.
